This book is about a big sister, who is always taking good care of her little sister. Even when the big sister was jump roping, the big sister always took good care of her little sister. The big sister was always there to help her little sister too. Until, one day, the younger sister got tired of her older sister watching over her. So, the younger sister hid herself inside a grass full of Daises. The big sister got worried and kept calling her little sister's name. The little sister did not respond. The big sister got tired of calling out her little sister's name, so she began to cry. When the little sister saw that, she began to cry too. The big sister, then found her little sister and comforted the little one. The sisters hugged. From that day on, both sisters took good care of each other.
Book Evaluation:
1) I would recommend this book to my class because it teaches a valuable lesson, especially to the younger children. This would be a great book to any students who have siblings.
2) I would recommend this book in the grade level of Pre-Kinder to Kindergartners.
3) I would include this book in the unit of Writing. I would have them write about a time they had a similar experience as these sisters.
